MM felt the flames engulf him and he dropped dead again. Another of his life gems glowed and restored him back to life again. Then Araphen healed him 375 HP.

    MM: 475/1080
    S: 53

    "Thanks Araphen."
MM patted his last Life Gem. Hopefully I don't have to use you. He noticed that he also had a blue gem remaining. He remembered what happened when Typhlosion used a Grey Gem and decided to get rid of the idea. Now's probably not the time to be rash...

MM was about to suggest a Triple Technique....but his fellow companions were already making their moves. Thus, he did the only thing he could: He aimed for the Guardian Orb in the head and let fly an arrow.

Roy noticed the Ruby Orb on Valorinx's head started to glow on and off. He remembered the Sapphire Orb had the same reaction before getting one final blow to freeze the demon's arm.

    "...Fellaz! The Orb's almost done!"

Roy ran up the R.Arm, enduring the demonic flames. When it became too much he jumped, spinning off the flames in mid-air, to the other arm and kept running up. He made it up to Valorinx's shoulders, threw his blades up above the Orb, jumped atop his head, rolled, got up, grabbed his blades just in time and stabbed them deep in the Orb.

The flames engulfing Valorinx slowly ceased after this.

When Roy said that, Arc snapped up attentively and dashed over to Valornix.

She did another epic leap. She charged her synergy and forced all of it onto her hands, and she landed, hands down, pushing her weapons deeper through Valornix's skull, til the orb started to make a cracking sound.

Following Roy's command, Phen cast a wind spell on his legs as before, to climb the L. Arm as fast as possible. With the flames extinguished, he readied position and took the staff which was tied to his belt all this time, he opened the staff to reveal it doubled as a rapier -the bottom half was sturdy and served as a sheath- chanting a lighting spell to electrify the rapier's metal part, and charged synergy on its tip, making the rapier shine a deadly light. Leaping a high altitude thanks to the wind's boost, Phen held the handle with both arms above his head, pointing the rapier downwards, as he descended, impaling and penetrating the Orb deeply.

MM watched as all of his fellow companions climbed up the beast and went in to attack the guardian orb. It was getting a bit crowded up there and he didn't want to attempt firing an arrow. He stroked his chin in thought and put his bow onto across his back.

"Hmmm, I think they got it. ^^"

Eyes glowing, Typho began to morph his body again, a large wicked spike grew out of Typhos' forearm. Roaring, Typho charged Val, leaping onto the head directly before the orb. Roaring again, Typho plunged the spike into the orb.

The orb starts to glow brighter after Roy's, Arc's, Araphen's and Ty's finishing pierces. The red light emitting slowly became blinding.

    Valorinx: "NO! YOU FIVE MORTALS!"

Valorinx roared, echoing the nothingness that was the Demon World. The group took their weapons out the Orb and made their way off Valorinx as the light started to become completely blinding.

But just as they made their way off...

As the blinding illumination of the Ruby Guardian Orb ended, the rest of Valorinx's body was seen frozen in the same color as the last orb.

Everyone in the party were down on the floor.

The last Life Gem in Roy's possession lit up. Roy opened his eyes, reached for his blades with whatever life in him left, and used it to bring him back on his feet.

Feeling the incredible pain that came with the light, Phen was thrown on the floor, but just barely hanged in there, slowly standing up. He saw ty collapsed in front of him, and went to aid him with a life gem he had to spare, which he crushed with his hand to absorb its power, as used the power to cast a unique, ingredient-filled spell he had learnt of through his book. With the orb serving as a catalyst instead of ingredients, soft flames shaped like feathers appeared over ty and slowly descended to touch his body, giving his body warmth again and recovering his breath of life. (life gem - 1)

Realizing that the others must have felt an amazing pain as well, Phen casted another aura to numb their pain.

"So there I was watching as everyone finished off- Oh Pengy... I'm sorry buddy, the last life gem I got is bringing me back to the world. Thanks being such a good listener. Until next time!"

there was a flash of light and MM's spirit returned to his body (again.) He groaned as he stood up.

"I liked it better in Purgatory...." MM rubbed his head and looked around noticing his fellow companions.

"So uhhh how do we get out of this realm place thingy? Also...I wonder if there's a place to get food...anyone else build up an apetite taking down the King of all Demons?"

Roy thanked Araphen and then responded to MM.
"Yeah, man, I'm pretty hungry too."

He then walked over to the frozen Valorinx.

"So this it? Or are we suppose to..."

Roy then X-Stiked Valorinx's frozen R.Arm. However, the impact with his blades and the Guardian Orb locked arm, shattered the blades into pieces upon contact.

"...D-damn. Guess we can't shatter him."

The group then felt that they lost their demonic power provided from the Soul Gems. They were but mere colorful gems now.

Roy then noticed the rift started to close slowly.

    "S-shit! The portal!"

Everyone turned their attention to the rift, panicked, and ran towards it. Valorinx was left frozen in the Demon World. The five finally concluded what they caused.
