Ch 6: The Frozen Heart Part 2

The girl leads them all to a large lake in the middle of the woods. It is completely frozen over. The girl leads them over to it and a blue light emits from her hand. She heals all wounds and the light gives each person 10 Synergy. (but it completely restores the girl's synergy.)

Above the lake is a large mountain looming down at the adventurers. There is a ear deafening roar and a dragon comes swooping down. It roars again at the adventurers and sends a blast of ice above their heads. Then it turns to the side and riding on the dragon is MM.

MM smiled and held the orb that was missing in his hand. He put it into his pocket and took an arrow and launched it into the air. Then, with his dragon he flew off up to the mountain. From a distance one could see MM hop off the dragon and enter a cave while the Dragon started to circle around the mountain.



The arrow that he had shot came down and hit the ice a distance aways. Black smoke emitted from it and from the sky came a giant golem. It was made out of stone and had a Parthenon-like building for a stomach and a giant flight of stairs for a "skirt-esque thing?" It had two large stone arms that looked like they were made of pillars. (a sketch will be provided in the future...)

The golem crashed into the lake and it's lower half became frozen into the water. This prevented its movement greatly. But it could still move its arms around.

Aragoda-

When rolled a 12 with the Six-Sided Die he can conjure up the water in the lake which can instantly Freeze a victim. (Player cannot move for their next turn.)
+100 Base Attack
+50 Defense
-Accuracy (Rolls two six-sided die to hit. Odd only to attack+do damage. 12=Frozen Water blast)
-Speed (Players can move twice before the Aragoda attacks.)

Noting that Arc could have trouble using piercing weapons, phen raises his staff and chants a spell, light passing from him to arc and strengthening her.

Arc looks up at the giganticwtfthingum and sighs as she looks at her weapons, meant for speed and piercing and not much crushing damage.

The synergy bracelet glowed and Arc saw Phen cast a spell on her. She felt stronger.

She winked at Phen before letting go of his arm.

She steps off and leaps into the air and readies her rapier, aiming to slash the golem in a joint.

Phen follows arc's attack casting a sphere of light to smite down on the golem-esque creature.

The blonde haired girl used her own synergy magic to imbed Arc's weapons with ice magic. (-5 Synergy)

Ice Magic Fusion: Can imbed a hero's weapons with ice magic for 5 turns. If it the attack does more than 30 damage (with the dice.) The attack will immobilize the foe for a turn. (because it freezes.)

Arc landed on the ground. One hit struck the golem in a really hard place and din't affect him.
Just then a light surrounded Arc's blade and it misted up as if it was cooling from within.

Arc looked to the girl who'd cast the spell and smiled as a thank you.

She ran up to the Golem and tried again.

The joint that Arc attacked with her blades began to freeze over. The ice that froze over covered 1/3rd of the entire joint.

Roy got his fiery wings out and flew up to the golem's stomach. He tested out how his blades would impact the golem firstly.

As vrizzy enters inside the Parthenon and notices that there is a glowing up in the ceiling through a hole.

But before Vrizzy could do anything, a creature falls from the hole. It is made up of 3 torsos. One holds up the creature itself while the other two can fight back to back. Each torso holds two blades.

Counter: base attack (roll the dice for yourself, if odd you dodge or block the counter! :D)

Roy flew back quite a distance from the Golem. He pointed his two blades forward aiming at the parthenon-like stomach when at a good enough distance. He then charged full speed ahead, became enclosed in a meteor and crashed in the parthenon.

[[Nice try Vrizzy, being creative. But it will take more than that to defeat the golem. Or for that matter, to destroy the parthenon.]]

The parthenon stood. Inside the parthenon however the creature took 400 damage and could not counter Vrizzy's flames of the phoenix.

When the arm froze over, Arc realized she must've been doing something right. She attacked again.
