Coughing blood, the commander pulls himself together for a moment "G-gah! hhhh... w-why you... now my minions will be... the doctor... he won't like knowing this... Urgh!!" Falling on the floor shortly after, the commander draws his last breath.

You notice that his throne is adorned with four soul gems, two in the fangs, two in the snake's eyes, you might as well take them now that their owner has passed away. Curiously, you don't see another exit from this room, maybe there's some hidden door?

Ripping the four yellow gems from the statue, Dark Ty looked around the room. Going back to the snake, he pulled the teeth, one of the fangs giving way, and a portal appeared in the center of the room. Grinning evilly, Dark Ty made his way towards the exit.
"Time to pay this 'doctor' a visit."

Before being able to reach for the portal, the whole 'cave' echoed a blood-curling scream, it was the screams of the drones below. Breaking the fangs must also have broken the device that controlled those aliens.

In a moment's notice, you realize once more that you're not alone. Looking behind you, you see perhaps the biggest of those aliens yet. a massive creature with big, tusk-like blades, so big that you wonder how it got there unnoticed.

Your answer comes quickly as you look to it's melted feet, it seems this creature can melt and fuse through the cave's 'walls and floor' which grants it easy access to all part of this cave even with it's huge size. Obviously, it won't let you pass through the portal just like that.

It's shiftable body softens the blows of your soul gems, meaning your base attack against it is halved.
It will attack twice once reached 100 hp.

Growling, Dark Ty swung a double-slash at the alien, while it closed it's pincers around him.

Breaking free of the Alien's grip, Dark Ty slid under it, slashing its' belly, but being hurt by its' acid-like qualities, as it melted over hi.

Shaking the acid off of him, Dark Typhlosion grinned, his luck seemingly changing. Throwing his sowrd at the creature, it stuck in its' body. Jumping, he kicked the sword, before pulling it out.

His stomach torn apart, the Alien falls sideways, a pool of his gastric acid quickly forms below him, but you also notice some gems were washed away of his body - five, to be exact. It seems he consumed soul gems to mutate the way he did. With this room finally calm, you realize the commander had a spare helmet right beside his throne. The decoration is peculiar and it seems to emanate some sort of energy...

Conqueror's helmet - Allows you to heal and attack at the same turn, at the cost of 4 synergy.

Suffering from all the ruckus of the last two battles and the chaos done by the drones below, you notice the Void hole becomes unstable, it starts shaking and feels like it will crumble at any second. Quickly, you must escape!

Quickly, Dark Typhlosion gathered up the four yellow gems, and ran to get the helmet. Putting it on, he realised he wouldn't make, unless...Running towards the portal, Dark Ty slid through the pile of slime, making it into the portal right before the void hole collapsed.
